BILLING PROCEDURES
All guest room charges including room and tax and/or incidentals will be the responsibility of the individual traveler.
Reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card for the first night’s room and tax.
The credit card guaranteeing the reservation will be charged on guest arrival.

CANCELLATION/NO SHOW
Any reservations that need to be canceled must be canceled by 6 pm 48 hours before arrival to avoid any charges. If the reservation is canceled after the deadline, or a guest with a confirmed reservation does not arrive by 11 p.m. on the date reserved, the reservation will be canceled, and the first night’s deposit will be retained as a “no-show” fee.

Rooms with balconies have an additional fee of $25 to be added to the above-mentioned rates. Hotel check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 pm.

PAYMENT POLICY
Reservations should be Prepaid via Virtual Credit Card. Thus, in order to guarantee the rooms, the guest should conduct a downpayment of at least 1 night or each room, including taxes. The remaining payment should be completed at least 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the group’s arrival.

CANCELATION POLICY
➢ Cancellation prior to 7 days before the arrival date: Reservation is 100% refundable.
➢ Cancelation within 7 days or in case of no show: The hotel will retain payment for the first night and refund the remainder of the guest's stay
